► All items are on a pre-order basis. Pre-orders are orders made upon purchase confirmation and they are not ready stocks.
► All paid and confirmed orders can expect to receive their parcels between 7 - 9 business days upon order confirmation.
► A full refund would be made to you in the event that the item becomes unavailable during the order process.

► Note that the ages indicated for sizing serves only as a guide as height can vary across all infants and children. It is recommended to check the measurements provided for each apparel against what is best suited for your child.
► For Returns & Exchanges, items can be exchanged for another size or design, or refunded in the form of store credits (terms apply). Postage charges incurred for returns & exchanges are excluded. Please refer to Returns & Exchanges for further information.
